 As you know, its winter up here...the order came in a very short time, I wont get to use the wire till it warms up a bit...as always your stuff goes over very well...I'll send some pics as soon as I can...Every drop of wire came from your store. Every Fish we hooked up to, got caught. There was one I was sure we would lose.... My son-in-law hooked a 47" striper, it went under the boat, got the wire caught in the rudder, I took the rod from him and lifted and cranked, I really thought he was caught on the bottom, all of a sudden there is a monster cow along side the boat....He netted the fish, we got it in. I had to cut the leader to retrieve the lure...What a day we had.....

This 48"striper was taken out of Orient Point NY. Taken on an incoming tide with a bunker chunk on an 8/0 circle hook. Before releasing it we were able to remove an old treble hook from it mouth as well.

Fight lasted about 45 minutes. |

The attached photo is of a 150# Yellow Fin Tuna caught on June 23, 2009 aboard the charter boat "Live Bait" out of Honolulu, Hawaii. I highly, highly recommend "Live Bait" for anyone vacationing in Honolulu.

 Orders are always here asap, recently I purchased a Sampo Swivel reel vest & found after hooking up there wasn't enough adjustment on the shoulder straps to tighten them to the reel, looks like we may need to shorten them up by sewing them.
We hooked up on Mahimahi just east of Lumpy bottom using small squid daisy chain & a green machine, we launched out of Chincoteague, Md.

My recent order was great as always. I have included a photo of my largest FLUKE I've caught to date. It's a 12lb Doormat caught on the Lazybones Open/Party Boat out of Montauk on May 20th 2009. I used a Doormat Fluke Rig (The "SURE THING" Rig) (www.DOORMATFlukeRigs.com) which is 30lb leader and contains 2 hooks in tandem with beads and teasers purchased from you. I also use the 230lb Spro Swivels and sinker sliders also purchased from SRMO. Shimano Calcutta TE400 Lucanus Jig Version with 30lb Power Pro braided line and a Shimano Compre rod.

 Thanks I was very happy with the tackle, I attached a picture of the 350+ lb blue marlin we caught in Sept 2008 about 70 miles south of Montauk NY, after a 2 hour fight with lots of jumps and runs!! the fish was landed on a Penn 50 with 80 lb mono the lure was a custom lure we are manufacturing and hop to have on the mark for this summer, and it looks like we will be using the eyes we purchased from you!
F.Y.I The fish was released in better shape then the angler!

The diamond jigs arrived on my desk quickly and without punching a hole in the box, which is a tribute to your packing skills. I took them fishing last week and the proof (and one of the jigs) can be seen in the attached photo. I caught the 28" striped bass on the F/V Gambler out of Point Pleasant, NJ on December 18, along with 11 other shorts, on plain AVAs (47 and 67, depending on the wind and tide) off Long Branch, NJ.

 The 1st pic. is of a red taken under the bay bridge tunnel while flounder fishing a huge school of reds were working the top. I thew what I was using to hook up instantly.(a flonder rig with a peice of strip bait) 37# per boga grip scale.June 08
The second is of a cobia taken a night at the same location. We were achored up using cut bait on the bottom for reds in June of this year. I am holding the fish but Wilson Cropp is the fishermam that landed this 51#r
Third is a 64# black drum caught in may 08 on the eastern shore of Virginia
Last is a mess of stripers caught over 2 days last Christmas from the eastern shore of Virginia.

 You guys are one of the best merchants on-line. I've been buying stuff from you guys at least 6 yrs maybe more when i became a regular saltwater fisherman. I always buy mostly bulk stuff like fishfinders and sinker snap swivels and teasers like bucktails for fluking and striper fishing. I fish with many friends and i'm the rig man so i go through rigs like crazy especially when the fishing is hot. When i order from you guys it usually arrives 2-3 days later and that's by UPS Ground! It also helps that i live in the same state as you but still, you guys process orders asap and everything in great shape and no mistakes and that's what i love about you guys. I don't have to worry about returning stuff. Keep up the good work.  Received all the items ordered in good shape. Attached picture of a summer flounder 'fluke' caught off Larchmont NY. It was 24+ inches and weighed 5 lb 7 oz, good enough to win the Willie Fisher Memorial Fluke tournament on Aug 5th. Fisherman Ed Rippstein. Used spro bucktail with spearing and sand eel on 20 lb powerpro braid light spinning setup.

Snapper caught 40 miles on a wreck with mackeral and weighed 18lbs 33" Kingfish caught by rig weighed 35lbs 58" caught free lining a ribbon fish on a rig 20miles out.

...Using some of the gear I got from you a couple of months ago down here in Bocas Del Toro, Panama. Yesterday we hung 3 wahoo, 72lbs, 85lbs, 103lbs, along with yellowfin tuna at 64lbs. When I get back to Florida next month I am going to order more gear. We are really beginning to open this place up as a hot offshore fishing location (especially since offshore is only 4 miles out).
...The Indians say there are marlin starting in February but they don't try to fish them because they are "too grande". Soon we will find out what that is all about. Keep the good prices and fast service going and

You have to be careful when testing sharpness on thumb nail. That hook will almost go thru your thumb nail!

We just one the Mako Mania Tournament in Montauk, NY on August 11,12 2006 with a 200lb Mako on the boat Chas'n Tail . One hour fight with 8 minuets to spare through the ending time jetty.
Couldn't have won the tournament without the Shark River Mail Order shark rigs.

The Pollock weight was 24lbs and the Wreck fish was 13lbs.
They were both caught on a deep deep water trip out of Freeport,N.Y.

 I'm always ready to show my brag flics. We caught this blue on the 22nd of July, 2006 east of Port Isabel, Texas. My wife is our phptographer and she uses an EOS-20D. This was one of three marlin we hooked, one we lost at the back of the boat and the other two we tagged and released. As you can see, we were using a blue and white I-Slander with a big bally-hoo. It was our best day this season.

Attached is a picture of my last fish, a true trophy striped bass. I caught it on April 26, 2006 off Holland Point near Deale, Md in the Chesapeake Bay. The fish was 45" long, had a girth of 26" and weighed 33.7 lb. It was caught aboard the Jil Carrie on 40 lb line. The fish took a trolled white umbrella rig with a white bucktail trailer.

Received items A-Ok. Thanks for the fine service and follow up. I have not yet had a chance to try out the lures. In fact, I was waiting to try them and give you some feedback on their ability. I purchased a couple of "fluke balls" or "silver bullet jigs" and was told to fish them on a three way swivel with the fluke ball on the bottom swivel about 1' down and a 3' leader and flounder hook on the middle swivel. I was told this is the only effective way to fish the fluke balls, is this true? Is it possible to recommend another way to fish the silver bullet jigs for flounder? Also, is it advisable to cut the skirts on the bullet jigs? Please let me know if you can advise. Thanks very much for your help and great service.

 I placed an order with you on a Wednesday night and received the order on Friday. Great delivery time and everything was sent except for the 6/0 stainless tuna hooks which were backordered. I spooled up my rods with the line I purchased and I see that you would like to see some pics of fish caught. Memorial Day we came back from Hudson Canyon with this 290lb Mako hooked up with in 15 minutes of being there. We had sharks all night long and started our troll for tuna in the morning. Upon setting up the spread the rods took off and we boated and released all numerouse 30lb BFT. I will be placing an order again on Monday to replace some tackle from the past weekend.  Everything was fine and always was. can't believe it comes that fast. I will try and get another 80lb drum this year and send you the picture. I could barely pick that one up and probably won't anymore. Sometimes you just can't keep thinking your 22 still. I'LL give you a look anyway. We go every year on my birthday 5/28. year before 58 lber and than this one. Trip is all lined up for this year already. 10 hour drum and triper.
