  • Benefits of setting up a account or you received an E-Mail informing you that your account is set up, you can click on the "account" button on top to sign in for special pricing.
  • To order, simply browse our product selection, choosing products to add to your shopping basket.
  • You can check and modify your shopping basket at any time by clicking "basket contents" at the top of the page.
  • When you're finished shopping, click on the "checkout" button at the top of the page.(at this point the store will go SSL.)
  • There you'll have a choice to set up an account, that will remember your shipping and billing info it will not remember your credit card number. or you can click to buy now.
  • Fill in or check your customer information. (press "Continue" button at the bottom)
  • Fill in shipping and payment choices. (press "Continue" button at the bottom)
  • Please review your Order Form carefully before completing your purchase.Then fill in your card or check# (press your back button to correct)
  • When you are ready to complete your purchase, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. 
  • A final order form will appear which you can print for your records.
  • An E-Mail will be sent to you confirming what you ordered.

Return/Exchange Policy

All we ask is that the items for return be returned unused and in original container. All the original packaging must be included. Do not mark outside of manufactures boxes. You may return any item for a credit of the purchase price or exchange for another product.  For faster service a return should be made within 15 days of purchase. Over 15 days items may be subject to a restocking fee. Include name & address inside package. Insure for value.
Merchandise covered by manufacture’s warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Damaged Shipments

Sometimes it happens, so rest assured that S.R.M.O. takes all responsibility, Call our toll free number to get instructions and start us shipping you another product right away. You pay nothing extra for this. All packages are insured with carrier automatically without any cost to you. 

Repairs and Service

Some of our products are warranted and serviced directly by the manufacturer. Please take the time to fill out and send their warranty registrations included in the package and follow the instructions for returning their items for warranty or repair.

Shipping Fishing Rods or Gaffs require special shipping & handling. Due to UPS shipping criteria there is a special handling charge. $6.00 for the first and $2.00 for every additional
The charge will be added at check-out as Rod or Gaff Handling and Packaging.

Shipments to U.S. destinations are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS), or the most efficient method. Due to the fuel costs there will be fuel surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and some western states. You will be shown the shipping rate and what it will cost you before you complete your purchase.(we have to know where you live and what you purchased) Shipping charges shown are for U.S. destinations only.

APO/FPO, U.S.POSSESSIONS, HAWAII OR ALASKA. SHARK RIVER will add $5.00 per box above the actual U.S. post office invoice for 1 st. class priority airmail. At SHARK RIVER there is no ground charge to the merchandise total for shipments of these types.

Payment & Taxes Payment may be made to your order by Check or Money Order , Discover, American Express, Visa or MasterCard .
Sales tax is applied to New Jersey shipments.
